Dark eyeliner, try top lids only. Maybe a bright lipstick.. a red to match your skin tone. If you want your style to stand out, stay away from too much black, white, khaki colors in one outfit. Get a fun hair style… angled bob, pixie? Curl your hair in big rollers and then give it more volume. Accessorize! I could be more specific with a pic!!
